The PIT Strength and Conditioning offers the best functional training programs available to help adults reach their fitness potential. We focus on strength training, conditioning, and overall movement improvement. Our coach-led classes challenge the body and build comradery without a risk of injury. Take the guesswork out of your training and join us in the PIT!

Student-Athlete Performance

The PIT provides high intensity, group training for athletes inside an exclusive space located at Four Seasons Health Club. The PIT training model provides specialized programs that challenge the body, emphasizing injury reduction and maximizing results!

PIT Games

Join us for the first annual PIT Games on August 1st, 2026! This high-intensity fitness competition will be a timed event and the lowest time will win! Each team will need to consist of three competitors and at least one must be a female. Grab your friends and build a team to compete to take home the win!

The competition will be in the PIT at Four Seasons Health Club 2401 Airport Road in Bloomington. Each team will be assigned a starting time between 10:00am and 2:30 pm; please arrive warmed up and ready to begin at your assigned time slot.

 

Schedule

Adult Schedule

Schedule: PIT Adult classes are offered Monday-Saturday.

Monday-Thursday: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

Open Gym: 1:00-4:00pm

Friday: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 5:15pm

Open Gym: 1:00-4:00pm

Saturday: 8am METCON

Open Gym: 12:00-3:00pm

PIT METCON: Our metabolic conditioning class designed to challenge members in addition to their traditional PIT classes and use a blend of weights and body movements to burn calories. 

Open Gym: Open Gym is for PIT Unlimited members who missed a class and want to come complete the workout on their own.

Athlete Performance

I want to be a better athlete.

What does becoming a better athlete mean to you? Whether your goal is to get more playing time or an athletic scholarship, the PIT caters to all levels and goals of athletes to improve performance. We recommend both in-season and off-season training to reach your full potential. 

Our Athletic Sports Performance training includes focus on:

  • Speed: linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility
  • Explosive power development
  • Functional strength training
  • Energy system conditioning
  • Movement training & Flexibility
  • Injury Reduction and reconditioning

*Coaches will assess each athlete and are able to advance and regress movements based on athlete needs and experience level.
