Student-Athlete Performance
The PIT provides high intensity, group training for athletes inside an exclusive space located at Four Seasons Health Club. The PIT training model provides specialized programs that challenge the body, emphasizing injury reduction and maximizing results!
PIT Games
Join us for the first annual PIT Games on August 1st, 2026! This high-intensity fitness competition will be a timed event and the lowest time will win! Each team will need to consist of three competitors and at least one must be a female. Grab your friends and build a team to compete to take home the win!
The competition will be in the PIT at Four Seasons Health Club 2401 Airport Road in Bloomington. Each team will be assigned a starting time between 10:00am and 2:30 pm; please arrive warmed up and ready to begin at your assigned time slot.
