Train Like an Athlete

The PIT Strength and Conditioning offers the best functional training programs available to help our adults, athletes, and youth reach their fitness potential. We focus on sports performance, training, and enhancement for athletes as well as functional and progressive movement for adults and children. We run programs that challenge the body and force adaptations without a risk of injury.

Transforming Athletes

It’s what we do. The PIT provides high intensity, group training for youth and adults inside a newly designed and exclusive space located at Four Seasons II. The PIT training model provides specialized programs that challenge the body, emphasizing injury reduction, and maximized results!

Schedule

Adult Schedule

PIT Metcon: Our metabolic conditioning class designed to challenge members in addition to their traditional PIT classes to provide variety, break through plateaus, and help reach fitness goals faster. Metcon classes use a blend of weights and body movements to burn calories. 

Open Gym: Open Gym is for PIT Unlimited members who missed a class and want to come complete the workout on their own.

Athlete Performance

I want to be a better athlete.

What does becoming a better athlete mean to you? Whether your goal is to get more playing time or an athletic scholarship, the PIT caters to all levels and goals of athletes to improve performance. We recommend both in-season and off-season training to reach your full potential. 

Our Athletic Sports Performance training includes focus on:

  • Speed: linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility
  • Explosive power development
  • Functional strength training
  • Energy system conditioning
  • Movement training & Flexibility
  • Injury Reduction and reconditioning

*Coaches will assess each athlete and are able to advance and regress movements based on athlete needs and experience level.

Athlete Schedule

Summer 2025 Schedule

The PIT Athlete summer program is here! The 10-week schedule will include one week of testing, 8-weeks of programming, and a final week of retesting. Athletes that join after week one will still be able to participate in the summer program. Please see the schedule below running through August 16th.

Fall 2025 Schedule: Beginning August 18th, 2025!
