The PIT Strength and Conditioning offers the best function training programs available to help our athletes, adults and youth reach their fitness potential. We focus on sports performance, training and enhancement for athletes as well as functional and progressive movement for adults and children. We run programs that challenge the body and force adaptations without a risk injury.

Transforming Athletes

It’s what we do. The PIT provides high intensity, group training for youth and adults inside a newly designed and exclusive space located at Four Seasons II. The PIT training model provides specialized programs that challenge the body, emphasizing injury reduction and maximized results!

Registration is ongoing and can be completed at the Front Desk. You can make up your session in any of the other group, of the same level, without losing your session! We would suggest having a "home" class time to get to know your group and Coach for the best experience! Don't see a day and time listed that you like? Grab at least two friends and we might add it! Our suggestion is to attend at minimum 2 PIT class times. When you are attending 2 PIT classes and want to add on, we can start to manipulate according to goals and/or sport specific needs. For instance, we suggest 2 PIT classes and 2 Speed & Agility for those looking to get better overall and that already have equal strength/speed ratios. We would prescribe 3 PIT classes and 1 Speed & Agility class for athletes who are fast but need more athletic strength. Talk to a coach about your needs and goals!! PIT-K's

Our PIT-K's program is our baseball focused groups. Our partnership with K's Academy allows us to combine resources to bring baseball athletes the best resources when it comes to Arm Care, Strength Training, Power and Speed training. Registration is ongoing and can be completed at the Front Desk. You can make up your session in any of the other groups, of the same level, without losing your session! We would suggest having a "home" class time to get to know your group and Coach for the best experience! Team training times can be created upon request! Grab at least two friends and we might add it!

Athlete Performance LEVELS

I want to be a better athlete.

Our Athletic Sports Performance training includes focus on:

What does becoming a better athlete mean to you? Strength, stamina, agility? On and off season training? You’ve come to the right place. Whether your goal is to get more playing time or an athletic scholarship, we cater to all levels and goals of athletes to improve performance.

Veterans:

(Ages 14+, some exceptions)

Our Veteran Performance program includes 60-minute classes of intense workout and training. Our Veteran level athletes oftentimes have trained with us and graduated through the Rookie and Pro levels, but not always. Veterans are not new to strength and conditioning and can show an efficacy in various techniques, lifts, and movement patterns. Groups are still kept small with a maximum 1:8 coach to athlete ratio to allow maximum individual attention to ensure maximal results!

Pros:

Our Pro Performance program begins with athletes who have progressed beyond the Rookie level and have learned how to train safely and effectively for 60-minute classes. Pro level athletes are still learning but have mastered our basic concepts coached in our Rookie level sessions. Our Pro level athletes are ready to stay focused and work on more progressed strength training for an entire 60 minutes. With a ratio of no more than 8 athletes per 1 coach, we will watch closely to make sure athletes maintain proper form while building their athletic foundation in The PIT!

Rookies:

(Ages usually 7-11, some exceptions)

Our Rookie Performance program is the foundation of all our concepts here at The PIT. Our Rookie level athletes will learn the foundational movement patterns and techniques required for efficient and athletic movement. The Rookie program is for beginner athlete to learn HOW to train. We’ll work on speed, agility, change of direction, and mostly bodyweight strength movement patterns. Our ratio stays the same with this group of 8:1 Athlete to Coach ratio. Your Rookie athlete’s safety and enjoyment are the #1 priority for this level!

*Coaches will assess the level of each athlete. There is a chance we try a level out and need to progress/regress levels in some instances after program start

Speed & Agility:

(Ages 10+)

Speed is essential in most sports, but many athletes rely on raw talent to gain that advantage. Now you can learn from certified professionals how to become more efficient, explosive, and powerful in your movements. Our Speed and Agility program is a 30-minute progressive program focusing on linear, lateral, and multi-directional movements, and designed to increase acceleration and improve change of direction. Basketball Technique Training:

(Ages 7+)

Learn the "I’m Possible" signature skill sets and gain new knowledge to apply during games and practices! The "I’m Possible" movement is an influential alliance of coaches collectively changing the world of basketball through our unbiased approach to the game. Instead of teaching skills based on personal opinion, systems or team philosophies, we break down any and every skill that players are finding to be effective in order to help any player find success for every coach and every system. Our Basketball Technique Training program is a 60-minute session focusing on ball handling, shooting, footwork, passing and individual moves for High School, Jr. High and 2nd-6th graders.

PIT Kids

(Ages 4-9)

PIT Kids is a class held once a week for our young PIT participants. This program focuses on movement qualities and body awareness. PIT kids will play active games that incorporate functional movements to help them develop better movement quality and become more active.

Professional Teams

The PIT partners with many local teams and athletes to provide top quality sports performance and functional training. Team coaches work alongside PIT coaches to improve player flexibility, strength, speed, agility with safe progression based training.
