Mercedi Biggs - Licensed Massage Therapist

Mercedi has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014, giving her ten years of valuable experience. She attended ICC where she graduated top of her class and learned several modalities including deep tissue, prenatal, sports, Swedish massage, etc. She has since taken several continuing education courses including therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, and cupping.

Mercedi believes massage is an important piece of the puzzle for optimal overall health and wellness and that it is a great tool to help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain. Each massage Mercedi gives is tailored to the individual based on their problem areas and preferences. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and is very excited to help you prioritize your recovery!

Jordan Jackson - Licensed Massage Therapist

Jordan is a licensed massage therapist from Chenoa. She attended True Essence School of Massage in Pontiac where she learned modalities such as deep tissue, lymphatic, trigger point, and more. She specializes in locating areas causing pain or limited movement and assisting clients in resolving the problems.

Jordan looks forward to helping her clients reach their health goals through an experience custom-made for each individual and their unique needs. She enjoys getting to know her clients and is excited to be a part of the Bloomington-Normal community.

Massage Offerings

Four Seasons offers 30, 60, and 90-minute massages. Please consult with your Massage Therapist on your needs:

  • Therapeutic: massage focused on 1 or 2 specific areas causing pain or limited movement, not full body.
  • Therapeutic: massage using variable pressure depending on client's needs; great for poor circulation, joint pain, sore muscles, and more.
  • Lymphatic: Full body massage, light pressure targeting the lymphatic system. Useful in addressing swelling, supporting the immune system, and assisting in relaxation.
  • Swedish: Standard full body relaxation massage using light to medium pressure.
  • Prenatal: Prenatal massage utilizing gentle techniques and light-pressure tissue to reduce pregnancy discomforts, typically performed in a side-lying position for safety. Key methods include kneading and gliding, and reflexology to target areas like the shoulders and lower back, improving circulation.
