What does becoming a better athlete mean to you? Whether your goal is to get more playing time or an athletic scholarship, the PIT caters to all levels and goals of athletes to improve performance. We recommend both in-season and off-season training to reach your full potential.
Our Athletic Sports Performance training includes focus on:
- Speed: linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility
- Explosive power development
- Functional strength training
- Energy system conditioning
- Movement training & Flexibility
- Injury Reduction and reconditioning
We currently train athletes ages 10-18 across all sports. Interested in more specialized training? Reach out to mpoulter@4seasons-club.com for private group options and rates.
*Coaches will assess each athlete and are able to advance and regress movements based on athlete needs and experience level.
Fall 2026 Schedule
The PIT Athlete fall schedule begins August 31st and continues through November 19th and will consist of two 6-week training blocks. Each 75-minute training session will be 60 minutes of strength and 15 minutes of speed and agility. Classes will follow the below schedule:
- Monday: 6pm*
- Tuesday: 6pm
- Thursday: 6pm
*Class on Labor Day, Monday September 7th, with be at 9:00 am
