The PIT Athlete Summer of Strength & Summer of Speed
Ready to take your game to the next level? Join us in the PIT at Four Seasons Health Club for the PIT Athlete Summer of Strength and/or Summer of Speed! Both programs are open to athletes 5th-12th grade.
Summer of Strength
Part 1 of the Strength series will begin Monday, June 1st and run through July 9th. The 6-week training block is expertly created and led by our coaches. Athletes will have two class options Monday-Thursday; all sessions are 60-minutes long and will be limited to 12 participants:
- Monday: 8am & 5pm
- Tuesday: 8am & 5pm
- Wednesday: 8am & 5pm
- Thursday: 8am & 5pm
Part 2 of the Summer of Strength will begin July 13th and continue through August 20th and will follow the same pricing and schedule pending attendance and availability.
Summer of Speed
The Summer of Speed is a structured a 10-week speed and agility camp focused on explosiveness, acceleration, and athleticism. The speed & agility program will occur every Saturday at 9am for 60 minutes from June 6th - August 15th at 9am (OFF July 4th). Sessions will be limited to 16 participants.
Both training programs are open to non-members, so encourage friends/teammates to join you!
