Designed for all fitness levels, these sessions combine strength, flexibility, and control using the Pilates Reformer, a specialized piece of equipment that uses springs, straps, and a gliding carriage to create smooth, low-impact resistance.

You’ll be guided through slow, controlled movements helping to lengthen and tone without adding bulk. Our dedicated Pilates studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body Allegro Reformers with Tower of Power and Combo Chairs.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, improve core strength, increase flexibility and stability, and improve overall health. Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Combo/High Chair) is used to assist in movements that were originally designed to be done on the Mat.
