What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, improve core strength, increase flexibility and stability, and improve overall health. Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Combo/High Chair) is used to assist in movements that were originally designed to be done on the Mat.

Our studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body Allegro Reformers with Tower of Power and Combo Chairs.
