Four Seasons offers over 140 group exercise classes every week between our two locations. Any member 9 years or older, or accompanied by a parent, can attend any of our Group Fitness Classes. These classes are designed to provide members with a safe, effective and enjoyable workout while maintaining a professional, positive attitude. Our instructors are CPR certified, and hold a variety of group fitness certifications such as American Council on Exercise (ACE) or Aerobic Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

- Iron Grip Group Strength equipment
- Star Trac Spinning bikes with computers
Classes are scheduled seven days a week at both facilities and are a great way to add variety into your workout.
