First Annual PIT Games Fitness Competition
Join us for the first annual PIT Games on August 1st, 2026! This high-intensity fitness competition will be a timed event and the lowest time will win! Each team will need to consist of three competitors and at least one must be a female. Grab your friends and build a team to compete to take home the win!
The competition will be in the PIT at Four Seasons Health Club, 2401 Airport Road, Bloomington. Each team will be assigned a starting time between 10:00am and 2:30 pm; please arrive warmed up and ready to begin at your assigned time slot.
The Workout:
- Row x 1200m
- Push ups x 150 (chest to floor)
- Kettlebell Swings x 150 (53lb M/35lb W)
- Barbell Front Squats x 75 (115lb M/75lb W)
- Box Jumps x 90 (24in M/18in W)
- Tire Flips x 30
- Barbell Push Press 75 (85lb M/55lb W)
- Wall Ball x 90 (20lb M/10lb W)
- Slam Ball Slams x 150 (30lb M/20lb W)
- Barbell Thrusters x 75 (75lb M/45lb W)
- Row x 1200m
The Rules:
The exercises can be split up within your team however you would like. The rules are as follows:
- Teams will consist of three competitors, at least one must be a female. All participants must be 18+.
- Each team member must complete at least 5 reps or 50 meters of each exercise.
- Only one team member can be performing reps at a time, but you can rotate at any time.
- Your team must complete all reps/meters of the exercise before moving to the next.
- The exercises must be completed in the order they are written.
- You will have a judge assigned to your team to count your valid reps. We will not tolerate any arguing with judges.
