Karen Stroud
Karen is an ISSA certified Sports Nutritionist who believes fitness and nutrition are not only great for your physical health, but mental health as well. With Karen's guidance, clients will build healthy nutrition habits, set sustainable goals, and have a dedicated support system.
Karen has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and loves to share her passion for wellness with everyone! After 26 years sitting at a desk, Karen decided to make a late life change where she discovered her love of all aspects of wellness. This sparked a career change and the drive to study and get her certifications. Karen is a proud Personal Trainer and Small Group Coach at Four Seasons Health Club as well.

Michon Wieland
Michon is a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach who has also earned the credential of Three Pillars Method® Nutrition Coach.
Michon's coaching is based on simplicity and flexibility; with her guidance, clients will follow science instead of fads with a focus on adding quality foods, correct amounts of protein, and eating the right quantities to reach goals. Building sustainable habits to reach health, weight, and fitness goals without eliminating the foods you love is Michon's focus.
Michon started studying nutrition 15 years ago when her three active daughters were teenagers; she quickly found how a high quality diet helped her reach her own fitness goals. You can often find her in the weight room or in the back row of a yoga class at Four Seasons Health Club.
