MetKon Rx: Science driven Metabolic Conditioning designed to improve strength, power, athletic performance, and core stability. This is a full body interval class that works all planes, different energy systems and multiple muscle groups. The combination of functional strength training and cardio conditioning is an efficient way to build muscle, burn fat and torch calories. It's a fast moving, fun, and results driven class that's easily accessible to all levels.
The Nicole Experience (TNE): A one and only experience led by our own Nicole Spencer. Her classes are unique and every class is different. It's part Bootcamp, part Muscle Mix with a little Insanity thrown in just for fun! You will guarantee to sweat and probably be a little sore as well.
