Barre to the Beat-Moderate Intensity

Inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, this barre class is designed to sculpt long, lean muscles! You’ll move to fun, energizing music while improving your muscular endurance, balance, and flexibility!

  • Goal-Balance, Toning, Core and lower body strength along with light cardiovascular activity. The music drives this class and makes the workout challenging and fun. Everything is done to the beat of the music.
  • Similar Formats- Barre Pulse, Killer Bs
  • Ideal for- anyone with a base fitness level

 

Barre Pulse-Moderate Intensity

A more traditional Barre class that incorporates both standing and floor exercises. Get ready to hold some movements and pulse! The music is always energetic and current which makes the class fly by!

  • Goal- Balance, Toning, Core and lower body strength that moves with the music to make you feel like a dancer
  • Similar Formats-Barre to the Beat, Killer Bs
  • Ideal for- anyone with a base fitness level

 

Body Blast- Moderate to High Intensity

Come perform bursts of cardio in between strength sets in this energizing total body work out!

  • Goal- To increase cardiovascular and strength health, have fun and get a full body workout
  • Similar Formats- Bootcamp, Functional Strength
  • Ideal for- moderate to advanced fitness levels

 

Chair Yoga- Low Intensity
Participants will use a chair to assist them with standing and seated yoga poses designed to improve posture, joint range of motion, flexibility, and mind/body connection.

  • Goal- To increase balance, flexibility and relaxation
  • Similar Formats- Gentle Yoga
  • Ideal for- those with limited mobility or balance, seniors and participants with injuries or contraindications

 

Fit Together Chair Class- Seniors/Fit Together members

This class is geared towards seniors or those members who have mobility and balance issues or need a chair to exercise.  Incorporates moderate weights, balance work and some light cardio.

  • Goal- to increase balance, mobility and strength while using the assistance of a chair
  • Similar Formats- Chair Yoga
  • Ideal for- anyone with mobility or balance issues or needs seated/modified exercises to increase strength

 

Full Body Stretch- Low Intensity

Full body stretch class.  Stretch every muscle in just 30 minutes!

  • Goal-Giving every muscle in your body an opportunity to stretch and relax
  • Similar Formats- Yoga
  • Ideal for- everyone regardless of fitness level or experience

 

Gentle Yoga- Low Intensity
In this gentle and relaxing style of Yoga we focus on the third stage or Asana (posture) to clear the mind and energize the body.

  • Goal- To relax and restore your muscles giving them flexibility and recovery
  • Similar Formats- Chair Yoga, Hatha Yoga
  • Ideal for-every fitness level. It’s a great beginner class if you are new to yoga but perfect for all yoga enthusiasts

 

Hatha Yoga- Low Intensity

Similar to gentle yoga, holding stretches and postures for a much longer time.

  • Goal- to deepen your alignment while increasing flexibility and balance
  • Similar Formats- Gentle Yoga
  • Ideal for- every fitness level and those seeking a deeper understanding of body postures and alignment

 

HIIT Bootcamp- High Intensity/High Impact

High Intensity Interval Training, 45 minute quick burn workout using cardio and weights.

  • Goal- To increase caloric expenditure, burn fat and build muscle
  • Similar Formats- Total Body Tabata, Total Body Conditioning
  • Ideal for- anyone who wants a full body, intense workout with cardio and weights all in 45 minutes

 

Kickboxing-High Intensity

Using just body weight, fight your way through a 45-minute intense workout.

  • Goal-Cardiovascular fitness and strength training
  • Similar Formats- Boxing with Kate, Total Body Knockout
  • Ideal for- anyone looking for a high intensity, high cardio workout while toning your entire body. No experience necessary but exercise experience recommended

 

Killer Bs – Moderate Intensity/Low Impact

Killer Bs uniquely blends Boxing with Barre-- think 'Ballerina' meets 'Fight Club'.  Each class is uniquely blended to create a total body work out!

  • Goal- Challenge your cardiovascular system and neuromuscular system but combining choreography with balance and strength exercises. Very fun, low impact but higher intensity class with great music. All movements are done on the 8-count
  • Similar Formats- Barre to the Beat
  • Ideal for- all participants with a base fitness level, especially those who want low-impact cardio and love remembering choreography

 

Muscle Mix- Moderate to High Intensity (depending on instructor)

This class is all about Strength Training! You will experience a workout that trains every major muscle group in the entire body, using a variety of equipment and exercises so that you'll never get bored!

  • Goal-To increase strength in your entire body while using proper form
  • Similar Formats- Stronger
  • Ideal for- anyone who is looking to increase strength or total body toning. Some experience with weights recommended

 

Pilates Mat- Moderate Intensity/Low Impact
A challenging series of fluid exercises that promote improved posture, flexibility and core strength!

  • Goal-Increased core strength, flexibility and balance
  • Similar Formats- Yogalates
  • Ideal for- all levels of fitness and anyone who is looking to improve flexibility, mobility and posture

 

Spinning® High Intensity/Low Impact
Spinning is the original and worldwide leader in indoor cycling programs.  We offer an occasional Spin Challenge Ride (90 minutes) to really challenge our members.

  • Goal-Cardiovascular fitness and heartrate training with Myzone
  • Similar Formats- elliptical or stationary bike
  • Ideal for- anyone looking for a high intensity/high cardio workout with low impact. Beginners are welcome but previous cardiovascular exercise is highly recommended

 

Strength & Stretch-Low Intensity and Impact

Strengthening followed by relaxation for the entire body.  Great for all ability levels.

  • Goal- To increase full body strength and balance
  • Similar Formats- Strong 4 Life
  • Ideal for- all fitness levels but great for beginners or those with a previous injury or need modifications

 

Strong 4 Life -Moderate Intensity/Low Impact
​​Focused on building total body strength and improving balance, stability, and flexibility to help us age with ease!  Geared toward seniors but any age is welcome.

  • Goal- Improve cardiovascular health, balance and strength in a low impact full body workout
  • Similar Formats- Strength and Stretch
  • Ideal for- Beginners, those new to strength training or with limited mobility, balance or strength

 

Stronger- High Intensity

This results-focused choreographed barbell strength work out will have you lifting to the beat in a motivating, challenging & fun way!

  • Goal- To increase full body strength and learn proper weight lifting form
  • Similar Formats- Muscle Mix
  • Ideal for- anyone who wants to increase strength and be challenged. Beginners welcome but previous experience with weights is recommended

 

Total Body Conditioning- High Intensity/High Impact

Uses cardio, strength and core to work your heart rate and entire body.

  • Goal- To strengthen both the heart and muscles
  • Similar Formats- Total Body Tabata, HIIT Bootcamp
  • Ideal for- anyone who wants a cardiovascular workout while increasing coordination, agility and strength

 

Total Body Knockout- High Intensity/High Impact

The name says it all—Kickboxing, strength training, core & stretching class all in one!

  • Goal- To increase strength and endurance
  • Similar Formats- Kickboxing, Boxing with Kate
  • Ideal for- anyone looking for a high intensity, high cardio workout while toning your entire body. No experience necessary but exercise experience recommended

 

Total Body Tabata- High Intensity/High Impact

Tabata Intervals and Anaerobic Training- Intense Workout!

  • Goal- To increase aerobic and anaerobic training through high intensity interval training (HIIT)
  • Similar Formats- HIIT Bootcamp, Total Body Conditioning
  • Ideal for- anyone looking for a high intensity anaerobic workout that will put you in the highest heartrate zone. Previous heartrate training recommended

 

Ultimate H20 – Moderate Intensity/Low Impact
Really make a SPLASH with this intense, choreographed water fitness class!

  • Goal- To get an intense workout in the pool with no impact on your joints
  • Similar Formats- any water fitness class
  • Ideal for- any fitness level, great for those looking for a zero-impact, cardiovascular workout

 

WERQ® High Impact

A fiercely fun dance fitness workout fusing today's hottest pop, rock, and hip hop music with easy dance routines!

  • Goal- To have a blast while dancing and burning calories
  • Similar Formats- Zumba
  • Ideal for- anyone who wants to change up their fitness routine and have the best time in the gym. Low impact modifications available for all fitness levels

 

Vinyasa Flow- Moderate Intensity

Transitioning from pose to pose.  You build strength, flexibility and balance.

  • Goal- to increase strength, flexibility, balance and to relax
  • Similar Formats- Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga
  • Ideal for- anyone who wants a more challenging yoga practice and more transitions from pose to pose

 

Tai Chi- Low/No Impact

Physical and mental balance in this class.  Very slow movements to create calm and purpose.

  • Goal- to find your balance physically and mentally
  • Similar Formats- NA
  • Ideal for- all fitness levels and those who want to work on balance, increase range of motion and reduce stress

 

The Nicole Experience/MetKon- High Intensity/High Impact

Created by our instructor Nicole, this class is a mix of Insanity, HIIT and some very high intensity metabolic training.

  • Goal- to work up an incredible sweat while getting stronger, healthier and a little sore. It builds strength, agility and endurance
  • Similar Formats- HIIT Bootcamp, Total Body Conditioning, Total Body Tabata
  • Ideal for- anyone looking for a high intensity workout with high impact, lots of reps and minimal rest periods. A high intensity, full body cardio and strength workout in just 45 minutes

 

Yogalates- Moderate Intensity/Low Impact

A perfect blend of the flexibility of yoga and the core and strength of Pilates!

  • Goal-Increased flexibility, balance and core strength
  • Similar Formats- Pilates Mat
  • Ideal for- all fitness levels and anyone who is looking to improve flexibility, balance and core strength

 

ZUMBA® High Impact (Zumba Gold- lower intensity/low impact)

Take the ‘work’ out of ‘workout’ in this fun dance fitness class that makes you feel energetic and amazing!

  • Goal- To have fun and feel happy while working out all while strengthening your cardiovascular system and mind with choreography
  • Similar Formats- WERQ
  • Ideal for- all fitness levels. Zumba is ideal for those with good mobility while Zumba Gold is a lower impact option for those with balance or mobility issues
