Childcare Reopening Guidelines

Childcare Reopen Date: Monday, July 13th, 2020

Hours:

FSI – Closed

FSII – Open Sunday – Saturday for the AM only with both rooms open

FSII Time Slots – Monday – Saturday 7:45a-9a; 9:15a-10:30a; 10:45a-12p

Sunday 10:15a-11:30a; 11:45a-1p

*A 15-minute space is scheduled between each time slot for childcare staff to thoroughly sanitize the room.

*Please note that we will expand these hours in the next stages of Four Seasons’ reopening plan, as determined safe to do so.

Time Limit: We will be limiting the time allowed for each child – Each child will be allowed 1 hour and 15 minutes total in the childcare room. This includes drop off and pick up.

Drop off / Pick up: Children will not be allowed to be dropped off in the childcare room before the start of their reservation and children must be picked up prior to their time slot ending. It is suggested to come start the checkout process at least 5 minutes prior to the reservation time ending. Also, parents should be mindful to not pile up in the small check in area of the childcare rooms. They should wait outside of the childcare room until the area opens up to check in their child.

Employee to Child Ratio: There will be 2 employees scheduled in each room with 10 kids allowed to sign up in each time slot.

Reserving a Spot in Childcare: Reservations via Myiclub online will be required. Each child must have a spot reserved to check into childcare. Each child will need to have their own account to reserve their spot and will need to select the correct room based on their age. Room 1 is the infant room age 3 years and below and Room 2 is the big kid room age 4 years and older (must be potty trained). Please see Myiclub Online Reservation Guide, found on the Four Seasons website under the childcare department section, for steps on how to create a member account and reserve a time slot. Please Note: In this first stage, spots are available for individuals on an ACTIVE Four Seasons Family Membership only.

Policies Regarding Reservations: Members CANNOT reserve back to back time slots. Members are allowed to reserve one time slot per day per child. You must cancel your reservation online at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. If you miss the cancelation window, please call and inform the front desk. Members will be able to reserve a spot up to 7 days in advance. Example: If you are wanting to reserve August 10th at 9:15am, you will be able to start reserving on August 3th at 9:15am. Members will need to reserve a time slot every day they are wanting to utilize childcare (Reserving a time slot does not mean that it is recurring on a weekly basis).

Guidelines to follow when utilizing Childcare: Please have your childcare release cards ready upon room check in (If you have lost your card, please visit the front desk to complete a new card prior to coming into childcare). We will not allow personal items into the room, this includes leaving diaper/book bags in the check in area (this does not include epi pens). We are encouraging children ages 2 years and older to wear a mask but it is not required. Childcare employees will ask parents a series of questions regarding their child’s health before entering the room each visit. Please see below as to what those questions will be. Childcare employees will also be taking every child’s temperature before entering the room. If a child is deemed at risk or has visible symptoms of illness, they will not be permitted to check into the childcare room. In addition, if a child becomes ill while in childcare, the parent will be notified, and must remove their child from childcare promptly. The child must be symptom free for 24 hours from the onset of symptoms before they can return.
