Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking

  • All athletes must register and pay in advance through Four Seasons in person at the front desk.
  • Enrollment is first-come, first-served. Each training group is capped to ensure a high-quality coach-to-athlete ratio.
  • Athletes are placed into the proper tier (Varsity, All-American, or ProVision) based on evaluation and coach recommendation.
  • Once placed, athletes have 3 days from their evaluation date to register for their assigned tier before their spot is released to the next athlete on the waiting list. Unregistered athletes will be added back to the waitlist for future openings.
  • Services and clinic fees are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless canceled 5-business days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Drop-ins and evaluations outside of scheduled clinics may be offered periodically and must be reserved in advance.

Cancellations & Make-Up Sessions

  • To maintain fairness and consistency for all athletes, no refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions.
  • If an athlete is unable to attend a scheduled session, they may request a make-up session within the same month (subject to availability and coach approval).
  • Cancellations due to illness or injury may be considered for a credit toward future training with proper documentation and communication with the coach prior to the missed session.
  • Foundation Basketball Academy reserves the right to reschedule or combine sessions in cases of inclement weather, facility conflicts, or coach availability.

Program Cancellations

  • In the rare case that Foundation Basketball Academy or Four Seasons must cancel a class, clinic, or camp, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
  • Communication regarding cancellations will be made via email and app notification at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Membership Adjustments

  • Athletes may pause or cancel their service by emailing jackie@foundationbasketball.academy at least 5-business days prior to the next billing date.
  • Requests made within 5-business days or after the billing date will apply to the following month’s cycle. No refunds will be issued.
