We have several spaces available at Four Seasons I for room rental and/or custom parties. Rentals are available to members only (although event guests are not required to be members). Please reserve spaces using your MYiClub account

Birthday Party Packages
Package #1: $175- Party room Space for 20 guests
Package #2: $200- Party room Space for 40 guests
Package #3: $250- Party room, 24 cookies, party host for 20 guests
Package #4: $350- Party room, 48 cookies, 2 party hosts for 40 guests
Package #5: 1/4 sheet cake: $275, 1/2 sheet cake: $300, party room, party host for 20 guests
Package #6: 1/4 sheet cake: $375, 1/2 sheet cake: $400, party room, 2 party hosts for 40 guests
- 1/4 sheet cake serves roughly 16-20 guests and 1/2 sheet cake serves roughly 35-40 guests.
- Decorations include: plates, napkins, silverware, tablecloths, streamers and balloons.
- Need a 2 week notice for packages 3-6.
