Christa focuses on mobility as the building block for resistance training in order to ensure a lifetime of functional movement while prioritizing the needs and goals of each client.
Jonathan is a powerlifting and strongman enthusiast who has a well-rounded background in sports specific and general population training. He has a passion for helping people realize their capabilities whether it be in a competition setting or everyday life. Jonathan has a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Science and is preparing for a master’s double major in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Dietetics at Illinois State University. Jonathan believes that a firm foundation is key to anything you do in life, especially training. He has a strong understanding of Human Biology, and will provide a scientific based approach to exercise, through application of his knowledge of Kinetics, Kinematics, Metabolic pathways and Cardiopulmonary training.
