Guest Policy

As a private organization, it is our goal to service our members the best we can by giving them priority use of our facilities. General guest passes for individuals who reside inside McLean County are not currently available, however other guest pass options are as follows:

Out of McLean County Residents Pass: Adult members, age 18 years or older, may purchase passes for guests who live outside of McLean County. Guest fees are as follows:

  • Single Use: $10/day, $25/weekend, $35/week
  • Family Use: $15/day, $35/weekend, $50/week

Military discounts are also available. Please call for more information.

All guests are required to show a photo ID with a current address from their area of residence and sign a liability form to obtain a guest pass. The Four Seasons member needs to be present with the guest when obtaining a guest pass.

Corporate Sponsor Guest Pass: Corporate Sponsor companies who have employees in town from outside McLean County who are here for work-related business may request a Corporate Sponsor Guest Pass. All visits must be arranged by their company representative prior to the visit by contacting the Membership Coordinator at Four Seasons. The fee for each visit is $3.00 and payable at the Front Desk and guests will need to sign a liability form. The visiting employee will be asked to show a photo ID each time when entering the facilities.

Baby-Sitter Pass: This pass is available at no charge for members with a family membership so the sitter can bring young members to Four Seasons for programs and activities in their absence. The sitter must be at least 16 years old to bring children ages 9 and older, and a minimum of 18 years old for children 8 and under. The sitter must provide direct supervision of the children and may participate in activities with the children, abiding by age policies throughout the club. However, the sitter may not seek their own workout separate from the children. The pass must be arranged by the adult member prior to the sitter coming to Four Seasons and is good throughout the calendar year.

Swim Lesson Observation Pass: This pass is designed to allow non-Four Seasons family members into the facility to watch children during their swim lessons, typically in the last week of a scheduled swim lesson session. The parent member must initiate this pass in advance by contacting the Aquatics Manager. At no other time will local guests be allowed to enter the club to observe at other times.

IHRSA Passport Program: As a member of the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association, Four Seasons is a part of a worldwide reciprocal program that allows members from other participating clubs (minimum of 50 miles away) to have discounted guest privileges at Four Seasons. You must obtain your IHRSA Passport Guest Pass at your home club PRIOR to arriving at Four Seasons, and be sure to follow the instructions as listed on the pass. Four Seasons members can stop at the Front Desk at either facility to receive their guest pass to use while they travel. Passes are good through each calendar year.

You may find the necessary forms at the Front Desk at either facility. Some forms may require advanced notice, so please call for details.
