Group exercise classes at Four Seasons are designed to provide members with a safe, effective and enjoyable workout while maintaining a professional, positive attitude. Our instructors are CPR certified, and are American Council on Exercise (ACE) or Aerobic Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified. Classes are scheduled seven days a week at both facilities and are a great way to add variety into your workout.
With five first-class Aerobic Studios that offer over 130 classes/week, there is something for everyone at Four Seasons! Our Aerobic Studios feature:

- Professional sound systems
- Reebok decks
- Iron Grip Group Strength equipment
- Star Trac Spinning bikes with computers
Improve your strength, stamina, and flexibility while meeting new friends! Class schedules change and there are currently four sessions per year.
Please note that you must be a member of Four Seasons Health Club to participate in these classes.
