After the Lottery:
When do I find out if we got in? –
Final class rosters will be posted in the club and online using membership ID# after 5:00PM on “Results Day”. Please see your lottery form or our website for lottery result dates. No personal notifications will be sent. It is each family's responsibility to check online or in the club to confirm enrollment.
What happens if I don’t get in?
Applicants who are not chosen will be placed on a waiting list. The waiting list will be used to replace anyone who drops out of the program. Two consecutive absences without notifying the Four Seasons Aquatics Department will result in the person being replaced by a waitlisted candidate.
What happens after the lottery results are posted?
Any remaining spots will be available on a first come, first served basis for lottery participants only. Forms must have been submitted by the lottery deadline to participate. Winner slots are non-transferable.
What if I miss the deadline for the lottery?
Late registration will be available for anyone that missed the lottery deadline. Any remaining spots will be available on a first come, first served basis. There is a $10.00 late registration fee (per family) for anyone registering at this time. Late registration will be accepted by phone or in person at Four Seasons I only.
