Activ-8 Membership Package Eligibility:
- Must be an employee of a current corporate sponsor
- Only non-members are eligible to purchase this special package – current members are not eligible
- Membership eligibility requirements are consistent to the general membership classifications.
To purchase the Four Seasons Activ-8 Membership Package:
- On or after September 1, go directly to either Four Seasons facility to enroll. Please bring a photo ID and a company badge or other company identifier to validate your employment with a current corporate sponsor.
- You will receive a Welcome Packet with information regarding your membership package, as well as instructions how to enroll as a corporate member after the program ends.
- Payment is required at the time of enrollment. Acceptable methods of payment include cash, check, Visa, MC, Discover and American Express.
- There are no refunds on the Activ-8 membership package.
